What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, or electronic payments in the form of Cash App, Venmo, or Paypal. We will accept payment once we are done with the job and are sure you are satisfied with the results. With that being said, if you need to leave before the job is completed you'll pay then.
Do I have to be there the whole time?
Not at all! That’s what makes our mobile detailing services so great and convenient. You are able to go on about your day while your car gets shined up. You can be there when we arrive, leave, and then return before we finish. You can leave us the keys and we can get started and you can arrive afterwards. Or you can not be there at all and just pay online. Once you contact us, we’ll work something out.
The primary thing we need is access to your vehicle. So if there’s someone that can give us the keys, leave the garage open, have the car in the driveway, or leave the keys somewhere for us to grab, we can go ahead and get started.
Do I have to schedule an appointment for a mobile detailing service?
90% of the time yes, we are by appointment only. Every now and then, we will be able to get you in the same day or the next day. It all just depends on the workload for that specific week. Oklahoma City traffic can get very heavy to move across town at the last minute.
We get asked often, “how many days in advance do you need to schedule an appointment?” it all just depends. Sometimes it may be two weeks before our next open appointment. Other times it can be the very next day.
